SNSC app app for iPhone and iPad

Introducing the SNSC App, the easiest way to find disability-related resources in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont, developed and delivered by the Special Needs Support Center.
All users are able to filter resources by area of disability, service provided, state served, insurances accepted, service fee, and age. This allows users to find resources exactly tailored to their needs. Users can directly contact these resources from the app, either by phone, email, or through their website. If at any time a user wants to contact the Special Needs Support Center about part of the app, such as the information of a resource being out of date, they are able to send a feedback message on the Feedback & FAQ page.
Conveniently located on every page of the app is our accessibility settings which allows users to switch between light and dark mode as well as the option to use a dyslexia-friendly font.
Upon creating an account, a user gains the ability to “favorite” resources that they want to easily access at a later time on their Favorites page.
